BERLIN, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Germany's consumer prices, harmonised to compare with other European countries, were unchanged in November from the previous month and rose by 0.7 percent from the previous year, the Federal Statistics Office confirmed on Tuesday. On a non-harmonised basis, consumer price inflation for November was also confirmed with the index rising by 0.1 percent from October and by 0.8 percent from the previous year. This was the highest annual rate in two years.
