* Raises 35 mln stg through placing

LONDON, March 9 (Reuters) - Juridica Investments (JIL.L), the litigation funding group, said it had raised 35 million pounds ($49.78 million) through a secondary placing and proposed a maiden dividend of 4.6 pence.
The AIM-listed group, which also raised 80 million pounds in December 2007, placed 30.7 million shares at 114 pence, the closing price of its shares on Friday.
The company said it would pay the maiden dividend after the successful conclusion of two cases in which it had invested.
