Computer Sciences says finance chief resigns
Jan 31 (Reuters) - Computer Sciences Corp (CSC.N: Quotazione) said Chief Financial Officer Michael Keane resigned as he decided not to relocate to the company's new corporate headquarters.
The board named Donald DeBuck, vice president and controller, as interim CFO, the outsourcing company, whose biggest client is the U.S. government, said in a statement.
Keane will remain a vice president during the transition period, the company, which recently announced a relocation of its corporate headquarters to Virginia from California, said. (Reporting by Dilipp S. Nag in Bangalore; Editing by Deepak Kannan)
