Dec 5 (Reuters) - NetSuite Inc, the business software maker majority-owned by Oracle Corp ORCL.O Chief Executive Larry Ellison, on Wednesday registered its initial public offering of 6.2 million shares at an estimated price of $13 to $16 per share.
In an amended filing with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, Netsuite said Credit Suisse and WR Hambrecht + Co were underwriting the IPO.
The San Mateo, California-based company said it applied for a New York Stock Exchange listing under the symbol "N." (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore; editing by Vikram Subhedar)
