In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Icahn reported that as of Dec. 31, 2007, he had a 2.1 million share stake in biotechnology company Biogen. Icahn has been seeking three seats on Biogen's board.
He also disclosed a stake of 802,481 shares each in Forestar and Guaranty, which were spun-off by Temple-Inland Inc TIN.N in December 2007.
Icahn, who supported Oracle's ORCL.O $8.5 billion bid for BEA Systems BEAS.O, also reported a 10.4 million share stake in BEA. (Reporting by Shivani Singh and Sayantani Ghosh in Bangalore; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
