Beni Stabili compra 10% Sgr da Lehman , sale al 75% capitale

MILANO, 16 aprile (Reuters) - Beni Stabili (BNSI.MI) ha comprato il 10% di Beni Stabili Gestioni Sgr, salendo al 75% del capitale.

La società immobiliare, si legge in un comunicato, ha acquistato la quota da Lehman Brothers International Europe attraverso la controllata Beni Stabili Property Management Spa.
