PARIS, Nov 12 (Reuters) - French consumer prices rose 0.1 percent in October, giving a year-on-year inflation rate of 0.2 percent, EU-harmonised data released on Thursday from the INSEE national statistics office showed. Economists polled by Reuters had forecast unchanged consumer prices month-on-month and an increase of 0.1 percent year-on-year.
