Francia, inflazione rallenta a 0,1% su anno a novembre

PARIS, Dec 10 (Reuters) - French consumer prices fell 0.2
percent in November, giving a year-on-year inflation rate of 0.1
percent, EU-harmonised data released on Thursday from the INSEE
national statistics office showed.

Economists polled by Reuters had forecast a flat reading over
one month and an increase of 0.2 year-on-year.

BACKGROUND

French EU-harmonised inflation fell to a historical low of -0.8
percent in July 2009 and hit an all-time high of 4.0 percent in
July 2008, according to INSEE's records going back to 1991.
