PARIS, Dec 12 (Reuters) - French consumer prices were stable in November, giving a year-on-year inflation rate of 0.8 percent, EU-harmonised data released on Thursday from the INSEE national statistics office showed. The reading was in line with economists average forecasts for prices to be flat over one month and increase 0.8 percent year-on-year as polled by Reuters.
