Francia, fiducia consumatori in lieve diminuzione a maggio
PARIS, May 24 (Reuters) - French industrial morale fell slightly in May though broader business confidence rose to the highest level since January, data from state statistics body INSEE showed on Tuesday. Morale in the industrial sector fell to 104 from 105 in April, which was revised up from 104 previously. A Reuters poll of 13 economists had an average forecast of 104. However, overall business confidence rose to 102 from 101, boosted by an improvement in the services and retail trade sectors. The following are the main figures published by INSEE. Although the composite business sentiment index is broader-based, industry morale is generally more closely followed by economists.
