24 aprile (Reuters) - The Conference Board's U.S. consumer confidence index
fell in April to 69.2 from an downwardly revised 69.5 in March, the private
business research group 	
reported on Tuesday.      	
    The original figure reported in March was 70.2.       	
    Economists polled by Reuters had forecast a reading of 69.7  	
   	
for the April index.
