Germania, inflazione preliminare maggio supera attese

BERLIN, May 30 (Reuters) - German consumer prices, harmonised to
compare with other European countries, rose by 0.4 percent on
the month and were unchanged on the year in May, preliminary
data from the Federal Statistics Office showed on Monday.
The annual reading was higher than forecasts for a fall of 0.1
percent while the monthly gain was also bigger than the 0.3
percent expected by analysts in a Reuters poll.
The Office gave the following breakdown of the unharmonized
data.
