30 luglio (Reuters) - The Conference Board's U.S. consumer
confidence index fell in July to 80.3 from an upwardly revised
82.1 in June, the private business research group reported on
Tuesday.      
    The original figure reported for June was 81.4.       
    Economists polled by Reuters had forecast a reading of 81.4 
for the July index.
