DUBLIN, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Ireland sold 1.5 billion euros in an auction of 2014 and 2018 bonds, at the top of its target range, the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) said on Tuesday. Yields were well below those seen for the bonds on secondary markets on Monday.
