DUBLIN, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Ireland sold 1 billion euros of
10-year bonds on Thursday at a record low yield of 1.63 percent
in its final bond auction 2014, well below the yield of 2.3
percent it paid at its last regular auction of similar debt in
July.
Thursday's auction received 2.5 times more bids than the value
of the paper on offer, the National Treasury Management Agency
(NTMA) said in a statement.
Ireland has now completed its 8 billion pre-funding target for
2015.
