Feb 12 (Reuters) - The German Finance Agency, the federal government's debt
management office, sold 4.096 billion euros of its new 0.25 percent, 2-year
Schatz notes at the lowest price of 100.285, the Bundesbank said on Wednesday.
    
The notes (ISIN:DE0001137453) are due to mature on March 11, 2016. The
settlement date is Feb 14. Results of Jan 22 sale included for reference:
